Emerge, the Internal Management Meet organized at Elijah Institute of Management Studies (ELIMS), Thrissur, was designed to give students a real-time experience of management challenges and decision-making under pressure. Through a series of team-based activities, business simulations, and strategic games, students demonstrated leadership, creativity, and problem-solving skills. The event provided a dynamic platform for participants to apply classroom concepts in practical scenarios, preparing them to face the competitive corporate world with confidence.
